For Maurer Management, I worked on a house that is in the process of being renovated. The renovation will include the house being lifted, a bump out being added and a complete remodel of the interior. I transferred the structural engineer's hand-drawn plans to AutoCAD, which include the piling plan, the elevation views, and the deck detail.

 

As for the other floorplans of 26 #2 & 160 #1, I went into the apartments, took measurements and drew up the floorplans on AutoCAD to put on the website for future tenants.
